Gift Tags Galore!
Red Tag with Green Bag

Anyone out there wrapping some last minute gifts?
I feel a little silly offering up my printable gift tags after I've seen just about *every* other blog do the same thing this year, but I'd like to try to make a new set every year & share them online.

Here are the circle tags I made for the fabric gifts bags this year, and you can also get last year's set of silver snowflake tags ~

Just print them on cardstock, grab a pair of scissors and a hole punch or tape. You can get the large versions for printing by clicking on 'all sizes' on the Flick page, or get them here and here.

Snowflake Gift Tags

Poor Justin is working crazy hours at Belk during the school break & has decided this is the last year for sure! He won't be back until past midnight tonight, so I am making the most of my alone time by organizing/cleaning my work room, doing laundry, working on ambigrams, and perhaps cleaning up downstairs (we'll see). I think there will also be some pie making.

Meanwhile, the closer we get to Christmas, the more I get in trouble for my gift list this year. I can't help it if nearly everything I want needs to be ordered online! I'm not sure if that means my tastes are ecclectic or just weird? Online shopping is not really an option with my un-internet-savy parents, so the brunt of the responsibility went to Justin and his parents.

Unfortunately, I don't think Justin pointed out to his mom just how obscure the items on my list really are, and she tried to find the items while out shopping in the stores, only to fail again & again. She called to get more ideas from Justin, and then I am in trouble for having a list that is too short. As I racked my brain for anything else I might want, I came up with such useful gems as 'beef jerky??' Mmmm... a merry teriyaki Christmas.

Thank you! I always love seeing fabrics I've used in other people's creations (and somehow I can probably remember exactly what I made with it!)

I bought the green spirals and the red holly berry prints to make some simple fabric drawstring gift bags for Christmas this year ~

I love those tags! I don't have cardstock on hand but I will try to keep it in mind for next year (last-minute wrapper here - if I wrap things early to put under the tree the cats screw with the wrapping paper anyway). It's nice of you to offer them!

Beef jerky... mmm. I'll have to remember that for next year too. Jared's family always asks me what kind of candy I want but I'd much rather have a bag o' jerky.

And yeah, only like two of the people in this huge family know how to work a computer to order things, so I have pretty much given up asking for things on Amazon or anything.

Wow! Did you still have the snowflakes from last year?
I'm so happy to hear you used them, I didn't know if anyone would be interested in them ;)

I used them last year on my gifts to my students and then decided to use them on all my gifts. This year I started wrapping and couldn't find the sticker ones I *knew* I had and then remembered I had saved your snowflake ones. But I was thinking about the new ones you made this year. I'll definitely use those next year! Thanks for making them!

I haven't seen any other blogs offer gift tags, I think it's a wonderful and generous idea! I wish I had a printer here!

Everything I want is online too. And I mean everything! I told my husband not to get me anything at all this year because I'd rather he just save the money than buy me stuff I don't want. I already bought myself everything that I want, because I'm greedy and bad! :( I finally thought of some books I want, but again.....they'd be cheaper if they were ordered online!!

I read a lot of craft blogs now & I think about five of them were doing tags this year!

Today I got fussed at because Beautiful Katamari for the Wii was on my list. Apparently the makers they went back & forth & then decided to just make it for the Xbox. My poor mother-in-law.
