We ran out of apartments to check out, so today we drove around to look at houses and townhouses for rent. We found the cutest little house with a great yard & porch, peeked through the windows & saw that the rooms were nice sizes, so we went back home & called to set up a time to tour it. He was a few minutes away, so we drove back over & got to check out the inside.

Bam. As soon as we walked in the smell of cat pee hit us, and it was strong. There were also only three small closests, but that could have been worked around, but there was no way we were living with that smell.

Tomorrow we have an appointment to check out another little house, but we weren't as impressed with that one from the outside. Other than that it looks like we are still deciding between those first two apartments I mentioned in the last entry.

We did tour #2 & liked the inside. The kitchen was not too small, but not great. You walk in on the first floor, but the backside is built over a lower level, so your balcony is raised. Justin loved that, as well as the view. Right now I am leaning towards #1 though. I loved the kitchen layout, and how it over looked the living room. The rooms were larger & the closest much larger. (Plus there were extra closest everywhere) There is no way we would pay the non-discounted price however, so it may not be an option anymore. I can't hurt to ask though!

Hopefully all of this info is not too boring. If so, you won't have to hear it for much longer! We are planning on making a decision no later than Monday, let them process everything, and then move on Saturday.
